AUTHOR PROFILE
John Riordan has worked with award winning architecture firms for the past twelve years. He is the author of Restaurants by Design and currently resides in Washington DC.
Kristen Becker holds a Master’s Degree in architecture from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Environmental Design Studies from the Technical University of Nova Scotia. She lives in New York and runs Mutuus Studio, a Brooklyn based design office dedicated to sustainable building practices.
