The title
says it all. The restaurants featured in this book will represent the latest
and most creative approaches to design, from the table cloths to the food.
Each restaurant included in the book represents a collaborative design
effort between the chef and the architect. The text discusses the particular
design approach for the physical space as well as designs for the dishes,
linens, lighting and furnishings. Photos of particular dishes are also
included, to indicate how the design of the restaurant carries over to the
food presentation. Restaurants from around the world are included.
